The Jaidah Commercial Development is a seven-floor commercial building with three basement levels. The total built-up area is about 70,000 square meters. The Concept Architect is MZ and Partners and UK based White Young is the Project Managers; the Main Contractor is Australia’s Multiplex joint venture with Med gulf Qatar. The client is the local Jaidah Investment & Real Estate & Development Company.

Latifa Tower, Alu NASA Dubai new awarded project is located in Dubai City in Sheikh Zayed road.
The Latifa Tower is a 56-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 210 m (689 ft). The façade that faces Sheikh Zayed Road is designed to look like a large vertical maze The Concept Architect is Arkiplan and the Main Contractors is Arkiplan Consulting Architects & Engineers UAE.

Located near Doha International Airport, the Qatar Airways 4 Star Hotel calls for design and construction of a four-star, 400-room Airport Hotel located near the existing Doha Airport. The development consists of a basement, ground and first floor, plus two six-storey towers. The scope of work will include retail shops, restaurants, lounge, meeting rooms, a business centre, health club and swimming pool.
The total built-up area will be 43,135 sq meter. The Concept Architect/Consultant is GHD Global and the Main Contractor is Gulf Contracting Qatar.

Our new awarded project Woqood Tower is located in West Bay Doha – Qatar.
The building’s form reflects one of Woqod logo leafs while the two main canopies reflect the remaining part of the logo. The tower has been designed for 3 basements, ground floors, mezzanine and 30 floors.
The skyline and elevation of the office building carry over all the modern architectural elements while the unique form will create a new Landmark for the city of Doha.
